Imagine walking through a silent world. A world where you cannot speak, cannot hear, cannot communicate verbally. Millions of people around the world suffer from hearing impairments ranging from minor inconviences to total deafness. To aid this group, we are developing mobile speech recognition products that listen for the individual and then display the words in visual form. Our first efforts are focussing on telephone communications products for those with trouble hearing on the telephone but have no trouble with speech. To compliment our speech recognition products, we are in the process of developing language translation products that listen to speech in one language and display the words in your native language for you to read or spoken using text to voice software. These products are designed to bring our world together and eliminate communication as a barrier to cultural understanding.  

Imagine, if you will, being able to pick up a telephone and have a real time conversation with anyone in the world no matter what language you or they speak. How about a world wide telephone or video conference with numerous speakers, speaking different native languages and you being able to choose the language you want to hear everything in, and hear it in real time while they are speaking in their native tongues. Or even a mobile device that you carry with you in your pocket while traveling the world and never having to go find someone to translate for you. The world just became a little smaller!
